We have implemented daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning checklists along with a risk register to minimise the risks arising from COVID19 and associated business practices. By being a COVID Clean Practicing Business, we can reassure our customers that we have developed and initiated business practices which are specifically aimed to maintain high hygiene standards within our business aimed to stop the spread of COVID19.

We have long-standing, thorough cleaning practices which are used in between every single rental. These involve:

• Hospital-grade disinfectant to clean all elements of the vehicle
• Full strip and industrial clean of all bedding and towels
• Full pack down and sterilisation of cooking equipment.

We have strict measurements in place to ensure we protect all customers and staff. Our staff have undertaken specific COVID-19 health and safety training to ensure all customers and staff remain safe. This includes regular handwashing, practice social distancing between customers and each other when interacting, cleaning surfaces and items used more often, and ensuring all branches are well-stocked with hand sanitiser.

To assist us with practicing social distancing we are asking our customers to complete our online self-check in process prior to arrival, where possible, and have limited our vehicle show throughs.

We will still be offering support to customers over the phone on our 1800 538 746 help line. There are also safety videos available on our website and app for support if needed.

If a staff member is feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of an infectious disease, they are instructed not to come to work.
