We understand booking and travelling during times of government restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic can be challenging. We want to reassure our customers that a motorhome holiday is a safe travel option. The following questions will assist if government restrictions impact your holiday with Let’s Go.

Remember to keep up to date with the latest travel restrictions by visiting the local state or territory government’s travel advice for where you are travelling.
COVID-19 Vaccination
Customers attending a Let’s Go branch are required to check-in using the QR code provided (If you do not have the ability to utilise the QR code you are required to provide your details on the form provided).
You will also need to be fully vaccinated or provide a written medical exception upon attending a Let’s Go branch should your state or territory government require it. Proof of vaccination may be requested by Let’s Go staff.

Note: this information relates to bookings made directly with Let’s Go Motorhomes. If your booking was made through a travel agent or third party, please seek advice from the operator and refer to their terms and conditions.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or lockdowns?
If you need to cancel your booking due to government enforced COVID-19 restrictions or border closures, we will offer any cancellation fees as a credit for you to use towards a future booking within the next 24 months. Cancellation terms are as follows:
For all bookings made before 4 March 2021 OR made after 4 March 2021 and travelling after 17 December 2021
If cancelled more than 60 days prior to pick up: No fee applicable
If cancelled 60 to 30 days prior to pick up: AUD $100 fee will apply
If cancelled 29 to 14 days prior to pick up: AUD $350 fee will apply
If cancelled 13 to 1 days prior to pick up: AUD $500 fee or 50% of the Total Rental (whichever is greater) will apply
If cancelled on the day of pick up or a No Show: 100% of the Total Rental will apply, including any applicable One-Way Fees.

Can I change or reschedule my existing booking?
Yes, if your holiday is impacted by government enforced travel restrictions, you can contact us to amend your travel dates or trip details. You may amend to any future date up to 31 March 2023 or amend your pick-up / return location to another Let’s Go branch, subject to availability at the time. Please note, that booking date and/or location changes will also be subject to rate changes.
What if I can’t continue my travels because of government restrictions and need to return the vehicle early?
If you are forced to return from your holiday early due to government travel restrictions preventing you from continuing your travels, you can return the vehicle earlier than planned and may receive a partial credit for the unused days to use toward a future booking with Let’s Go.
What if I can’t return to the branch location booked due to border closures?
You can contact us to change your return location to another Let’s Go branch, and we will waive the change of location fee if you are required to return to another branch than originally booked due to a border closure.
The location of the branch we are returning to has gone into lockdown. Can I still return my vehicle or can I extend my booking?
Please contact us for advice on return procedures for locations in lockdown. If you prefer to extend your rental, you can do so by contacting us to discuss options to extend. This will be subject to availability and rates may vary.
