The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our number one priority, and as such, we understand there will be many questions surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak.
Below we have answered some of your frequently asked questions and referenced government guidelines of best practice at this time.
The Australian government has enforced restrictions for visitors to Australia and travel across state borders, including a 14-day self-isolation period upon entering the country. We recommend that our customers seek the most up-to-date travel advice from the Australian Government and remain informed about changing conditions. You can download the “Coronavirus Australia” government app in the Apple App Store or Google Play to stay informed.
We are open in accordance with government regulations and continue to maintain our high levels of cleaning and hygiene to ensure the wellbeing of our customers and staff.
Is Let’s Go Motorhomes currently taking bookings?
Yes. As states and territories begin to ease travel restrictions you can obtain a quote or make a booking online through our website.
What if I want to change or cancel my upcoming booking?
Please contact our Reservations team to discuss options to amend or cancel your reservation.
You can call us on 02 9875 3609 or email email@example.com. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours or as soon as possible.
If you booked through an agent, please contact them directly.

What if I am on hire and can’t return to my booked location due to closing of borders?
If you are forced to change your return location due to the travel bans and closing of borders, you may return to any of our Let’s Go Branches and we will waive the standard amendment fees. Please just notify our Reservations team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are campgrounds still open?

Are your branches still open?
All our branches are currently open and operating weekdays (8.30 am - 3.00 pm), though are closed on weekends and public holidays until the end of June. We will continue to review this and make any changes in accordance with government regulations if required. All staff have undertaken specific COVID-19 health and safety training to ensure all our staff and customers remain safe at this time.
What procedures are in place to help protect staff and customers?
We are putting strict measures in place to ensure we protect all customers and staff. We are working closely with the Department of Health and adhering to the advice provided by the Chief Medical Officer and the World Health Organisation.
The team at Let’s Go Motorhomes have undertaken specific COVID-19 health and safety training to ensure all our staff and customers remain safe at this time.
This includes regular handwashing, practicing safe distance between customers and each other when interacting, cleaning surfaces and items you will use more often, and ensuring all branches are well-stocked with hand sanitiser at all times.
To assist us with practicing safe distancing we are asking our customers to complete our online self-check in process prior to arrival, where possible, and have limited our vehicle show throughs. We will still be offering support to customers over the phone on our 1800 538 746 help line. There are also safety videos available on our website and app for support if needed.
If a staff member is feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of an infectious disease, they are instructed not to come to work.
What cleaning measures has Let’s Go Motorhomes put in place to respond to COVID-19?
Let’s Go Motorhomes has long-standing, thorough cleaning practices which are used in between every single rental. These involve the following:
Hospital-grade disinfectant to clean all elements of the vehicle
Full strip and industrial clean of all bedding and towels
Full pack down and sterilisation of cooking equipment
These practices continue through the COVID-19 outbreak.
What happens when I’m feeling unwell prior to picking up my motorhome?
If you are feeling unwell and have one or more of the COVID-19 symptoms, please be mindful of the health and wellbeing of those around you and stay at home.
